This page outlines the terms and conditions of your affiliate relationship with lamcy-kr.com (“Affiliate Relationship”). This agreement is between you and lamcy-kr.com.

The Terms of the Affiliate Relationship:

In this Affiliate Relationship, earn commissions by referring your followers through your unique referral link, receiving a commission of 10% on sales made within 14 days of the click, or by using a custom 5% discount code, earning 5% of the total order amount on each purchase made with your code.

You will be paid on the 1st of each calendar month for the total amount of commission earned during the preceding calendar month (for example, you will be paid on February 1st commission for all applicable sales made between January 1 – 31).

The referral must exceed 15 days from the date of the delivery to the customer to be eligible for the payout, The payments for the referrals that have not exceeded 15 days from the date of delivery will be included in the next month payout. For example, if the customer use your link to make the order on 28th February, then this referral will be eligible for payout on March bill.

This is not an employment relationship and we reserve the right to cease, cancel or otherwise change the terms of this Affiliate Relationship at any time, at our sole and absolute discretion. You will be notified of any and all changes, and such changes shall take effect upon issuance of said notice. The terms of this Affiliate Relationship terminate and supersede all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof.

You agree to promote Lamcy Korea products according to the description of each product without exaggerating the benefits of the product to the consumer. Other than the benefits mentioned in the product description.

You agree to present Lamcy Korea in a manner that does not harm the company's reputation, its customers, or the company's core values.
