Return Window

Our valued customers can return eligible products within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Conditions for Return:

  1. A wrong product has been delivered.

  2. A damaged product has been delivered.

Refund Criteria:

To refund the amount to the customer, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must not be opened or used.

  2. The box must not be opened or damaged (except when the customer reports the same issue as the reason for return).

General Conditions:

  • "Cash on Delivery" fees are non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees will be refunded only if the returned product constituted the entire order.

  • Discount code amounts will not be refunded; only the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full.

  • Return requests will not be valid after 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • After receiving the product, our "After Sales" team will require 3 working days to process the return request and issue a refund.

  • Refund will be directly to the customer’s card or bank account.

  • Refunds for payments made through Tabby or Tamara will be credited to the respective provider's account.

  1. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

  2. Cash on Delivery is available only within the UAE.

  3. Shop now & pay later options are facilitated through Tabby or Tamara.
